Susan Eisen Fine Jewelry and Watches was founded on May 8, 1980 by Susan Eisen. Her credentials include  Graduate Gemologist, GIA,  Certified Gemologist Appraiser, AGS, and Master Gemologist Appraiser®, American Society of Appraisers. She is a jewelry designer and goldsmith, although most of her time is now spent on the floor assisting customers and managing her both locations. (Susan Eisen's resume)

Presently there are two locations, one on the west side of El Paso and one on the east side of El Paso. Each store is located in a strip center and is approximately 2400 square feet.

The Westside headquarters has a full service jewelry manufacturing and repair workshop with casting facilities. All inventory, customer data, sales, and marketing is computerized. The Westside also has an accredited gemological laboratory and a large jewelry and appraisal library.

The staff of 10 employees is extremely well trained in gemology and customer service. All sales people are required to attend training sessions and are familiar with the various aspects of the jewelry industry.

Store hours:    Monday-Saturday: 10 am - 6 pm.
