TANZANITE

Many of you have come in with beautiful tanzanite jewelry you've bought on a trip or cruise. Tanzanite has become a real favorite in the blue category and has come to symbolize love, fashion, and faith. Its hardness is low and it can damage easily if not cared for properly. I recently set a vibrant 5.00 ct. stone in a platinum and 18K yellow gold mounting and its fire glowed like nothing I've ever seen. The finest stones come in an intense purplish blue color and depending on how they are cut, they really sparkle! I have a variety of loose tanzanites in stock, so if you need to match a pair of earrings or bracelet to a ring you own, be sure to come by and let me design one for you.

STRANDED

Strands and beads are the hottest rage now. Ranging in prices from $50, the sky's the limit! Take out your old beads and bring them in so we can "Eisenize" them into a great new necklace for you. Our latest creations...handmade yellow gold open link chains in a variety of shapes and sizes perfect for an evening on the town.

DOGGIE BLING

My first experience with fashion jewelry for dogs came when one of my customers asked me to make a LIFETAG® medical ID for her diabetic dog. This has grown to many other things. I was surprised by how many items I've designed in my store that can be adapted to fit a dog's collar or neck. If you have a pampered pet and want something made in silver or gold, bring your pampered pet by. We are "pet friendly" and will be glad to measure them for that perfect fit.

Faux pearls and crystals with a magnetic clasp and charm that reads "Queen."

RECLASP REVIEW

Part of the fun of designing jewelry is the enjoyment I share with my clients, creating what they love and only after they have clued me into what they like. Part of this new "redesign service" involves joining pearls and other strands of beads into one with a variety of enhancements. To do this, the pearls usually need to be restrung with a modified clasp to better connect to eachother. I recently redesigned 10 new necklaces for a long-term client all from things she already owned! Get your things together and lets make some magic.

PATEK'S THE BEST!

This week, our Patek Philippe rep came from New York to teach us about the new watches coming out of Switzerland. Patek is still the #1 watch in the world because of the 20 highest priced watches sold at auction to collectors from around the world, 12 of them were Patek Philippe's. It takes a minimum of 9 months for them to make a watch and only 10,000 are made worldwide per year. We are very lucky to be one of the 100 chosen retailers in the United States to carry the line. We have represented the line since 1992 and we believe in the same high standards of quality. Just as theirs continue...our standards never change.

The "Twenty Four" by Patek Philippe...

Perfect for whatever you

are doing morning, noon, or night.

MOONSTONE MADNESS

This month's "W" magazine has an article on moonstone jewelry. Moonstone is most often seen in a pearlized white color and has a "cat's eye" affect as you turn it back and forth. It is believed to refine and stimulate all the senses and promote unselfishness and humanitarianism. We've carried moonstone for a long time, so come by and take a look!
